Teddy's Inferno
Survive as long as possible against increasingly-frantic waves of enemies and reach a new high score!
Controls:
- W to activate thrust
- A and D to turn left and right
- Shift (hold) to turn more slowly
- O to fire stream of bullets
- P to fire blasts of bullets
- Q to Quickturn
- E to Boost
- Space to activate Bomb
- F to pause

My first impression is that it looks really nice, love the sound design, but I don't really like the control scheme and that you die when going out of bounds. Admittedly it increases the difficulty, but I'd rather do turning around with the mouse. Preventing to go out of bounds requires some practice probably, so can't really complain about that, yet, although in combination with the current control scheme it is a bit annoying.
Thanks for the feedback. That's all fair! My goal was to make a top down shooter/bullet hell with Asteroids-style controls, which admittedly are more difficult to use than typical twin stick shooter controls.
I've added a new challenge mode with a control scheme that uses the mouse instead, so you might like that better.
Definitely a lot better. The aiming is now a lot more precise. Nice! Only complaint I now have is that I would expect with up to move towards the mouse, left and right for strafing and down for going backwards, away from the mouse. But hey, that's a choice. This already makes playing a lot more enjoyable!
